Micromax — enquiry about my handset | |||
SIR I HAVE BOUGHT A HANDSET THAT IS "MICROMAX A106 UNITE 2" IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST, AND I STARTED TO FACE PROBLEM REGARDING THE MOTHERBOARD SO I CONTACTED WITH THE LOCAL MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE AND THEY ASKED ME TO SUBMIT THE CELL PHONE ON 3rd NOVEMBER 2014. WHEN I ENQUIRED ABOUT MY CELLPHONE THEY SAID THAT IT HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE DELHI OFFICE FOR REPLACEMENT. BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY FURTHER INFORMATION THAT WHEN CAN I GET MY CELL PHONE BACK OR WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DATE . THEY JUST SAY THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE FROM COMPANY AND THEN YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR CELL PHONE. SO SIR I REQUEST YOU TO INFORM THE EXACT POSITION OF MY CELL PHONE AND WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DATE TO COLLECT IT.
