Micromax — Extremely poor service of micromax customercare(Jobsheet no:[protected] Battery Probelm | |||
I have purchased the micromax canvas fire4 3 months ago. 2 months ago the phone fell down and the battery was lost. so i soon went to the near by micromax service centre. they told that the battery should be replaced and these will not be included in warrenty and they kept the order of battery(i.e. micromax a 107) and its been 2 months every when i call them they are saying that there is no stock. we will get within 1 week and i've done enumerable calls to them they are saying the same lines. so i called up the customer care and they have registered the complaint with no "MMX[protected]" they have said that we have taken it as high priority and it will resolved with in 20 days. now its been 25 days since i've registered the complaint i didnt get any response from them. I didnt see this kind of worst and rediculous service in my life. so i lost the hope and writing this to take to you. i hope you will respond regarding this as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
