Micromax — faulty mobile handset and battery issues

the mobile was purchase online from SANPDEAL.com via the seller Shri Govind Electronics private limited, E-250 Road No. 13, Sikar Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.. the handset name is detailed below: Micromax A 114 Canvas 2.2 (Black) Order number: [protected] IMEI number: [protected] Invoive date[protected] in the Name of Rupam Kaushik Sharma Centre for management Studies, Dibrugarh, Assam- 786004 Problems encountered : 1. wen battery was put the flash light gets on automatically and the battery doesnt used to take up charge given to the service centre it was repaired but the problem was unsolved 2. again the cell was given to service centre few days back and they said that they have put a new battery. but the new battery now doesnt take charge at all.. it took more than 2 hours to chrage 4% of the battery.
