Hi sir, My name is Dibakar saha, 25/11/2015 I got my new mobile from Flipkar.com . After a Month o[censored]se ... 5th Jan 2016 Touch Problems came horribly. The phone is under warranty period and never fall down or never handled without care. Even though this problem occurred. I dont know why Micromax team do not taking a action against those faulty products. submitted my mobile to the below service centre and they assured me they will return it after 10 days of repairing. today after 10 days they speaking the same word . I spoke to one of their technical person, who told me billing not done yet, so they unable to repair it within their assured period. So, I request to the higher authority to call them directly or contact me as soon as possible. Please clear the billing formalities which is they are waiting for as fastest as possible.
