I have bought one A250 canvas turbo[white] with IMEI [protected]
from flikart on 11th june 2014 for Rs.14999/-.Around after a month's
usage the mobile handset shown complaints of over heating and very poor
battery back up.So that I approached your authorized service centre
[M/S Tech Beam, 2nd floor A M K Complex, Poothole Road, Thrissur] and
deposited there with job sheet no.S[protected]. They returned
the handset after the service saying the defective battery has changed
.But the problems persisted so that I again approached the same service
centre and deposited the handset with job sheet
no.S[protected].When I received it after the service, the
handset shown complaints of over heating after making or receiving a
call and complete black out of screen during calls.For the
rectification of these complaints I once again approached the above said
service centre and deposited the handset there with job sheet no.
S[protected].Now it is 62 days the handset with them and I
have already mailed this matter on 12th November 2014 and11th december 2014, but I could
