Micromax — handset given to ASC on 02-09-14 but not received yet

I have purchased micromax A106 on[protected]. FRom very first day handset is not working properly. I have submitted handset to ASC N050065 on 02-09-14 but after getting no response i have registered a complaint with micromax on 25-09-14 complaint no. Is MMX[protected] and job sheet no is n[protected]. Consumer care assured me to solve problem with in 15 days but they didnt and i didnt received my handset yet. Please help me.
