Micromax — handset in service centre since 55 days

I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 (White-Gold) on 12th Nov 2014 from Amazon.com and paid Rs.13, 500 (IMEI no.[protected]) . Within 4 months of purchase many problems started like touch screen was not working properly and sometimes it hangs, the phone is under warranty but its dead now. On contacting the Micromax Service Centre(Rapid Communication-Vikash Puri) in Delhi on 7th March 2015 (Job sheet no. N[protected] they told that phone will be repaired within one week. After one week when I called them, then they informed that the device's motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced. Now its more than 4 weeks since I've submitted my phone at the service centre. Each time I call them they say that the replacement motherboard needs to come from Gurgaon. I had called service center several times. They are telling that they need to get the part from company and for further details, asked me to call head office. I have written mails to '[protected]@micromaxinfo.com' so many times, and get replies with apologies mail but no action has been taken. On 7th April when I called them for followup they said that your phone has been repaired and you can come and collect it from service centre. When I reached to service centre to collect my phone I felt so cheated. They were giving a used and scratched phone of same model in black colour but mine is (White-Gold) in new condition. When I request them that I want to contact their service incharge then a guy at service centre desk was not giving his no. and he misbehaved with me and finally he called to Delhi Service Incharge (Rajat Tripathi). He was also talking very rudely to me as if he do not cares for his customers and not responsible for solving this persisting issue. They gave me another job sheet. N[protected] on 7th April 2015 without committing any tentative delivery date. No one is taking any responsibility and they are not interested in providing any resolution to me. Now I am feeling as if I have done biggest mistake by trusting on Micromax brand and it is most pathetic service that I have ever experienced in my life. At least I can expect that I get my mobile in working condition as soon as possible because no one can compensate my time and energy which I have spent to get this phone back from service centre. Every time I call to micromax customer care I feel that it?s a wastage of time and felt mentally harassed the kind of response I get from service centre. Its my kind request please look into this matter
