Micromax — Handset Not ready for more than two months | |||
Hi, This is Sakthi from Chennai, my Handset Micromax A350 model was purchased Dec 2015, given for repair on 13th Apr 2015 under warranty, to authorized service center M/s Cell Tech, located Montieth Road, Egmore, Chennai 600008, After a Big Wait (More than One Month), I have collected another Old Handset A300 on 23rd May 2015 instead of A350 model which is not able to repair and spares are not available because of limited edition model as confirmed by Service centre person. On the Handset A300 have not checked properly while delivery by the service center people, when I tried to use handset A300 on the third day 25th May 2015, I'm not able to inset Sim card on the sim 2 place. on the same day immediately I have given complaint and my handset was accepted under warranty after big argument (They have checked whether I have used the same Handset or not). Now another one month wait period I have checked that my handset has been reached to the Chennai service center from the Head Office in Delhi of Micromax. But now here service center person saying that original problem was cleared, but the handset was received under not working condition. They need another Ten days time to Re-Boot the handset. They sent me from there and asked me to check after Ten days period. I have No choice or No Option to collect my Handset now with working condition. And after Ten days also I not sure.
