[Resolved] Micromax — Handset not received even after two months

I have given my mob handset of micromax A190 on 19th of Feb 15 to AKS Care, service centre, Alambagh, Lucknow. But till date i have not received It back.Mob was under warranty . My two months approx has gone without using set under warranty. Even After regular followup till i have not received my set. Now centre is giving statement that battery is not available . Last 20 days i am running for battery followup. As a Service centre the condition of the centre is very poor. During my followup visit Two of the customer was taking a fighting and shouting because of service issue. It seems to a very bad experiance to buy a mob like micromax and pethetic condition of service centre. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
