Micromax — Handset not received on the promised date

Dear Sir, With Respect, I Mohammad Hanief Rather R/o Madar have purchase a Micromax Canvas Knight A 350 on[protected] From I-7 Multi branded showroom at Bandipora ( 193502 ). But after Six months the handset was not working properly then i contact with your service centre namely Digital Mobile Service near Markazi jamia masjid Bandipora on[protected] Vide job Card No. 452 But from till date i cannot recive my handset so i request you to shutout the problem as soon as possible other wise i will complaint agianist you at consumer court.
