Micromax — Handset not repair with in in a time limit and no clear information about phone

Dear sir, its very sorry to say that that after sale service of micromax is worst . my handset canvas a350, model no ; SERMOB0431, (copy of Job Sheet is Attached) was deposited 1st time in service centre for repairing on around 03/04/2015 and that i get on 22/04/2015 and after 1 month in repaire factory the phone was not repaired and finally on 24/04/2015 again i submit the phone and now the period of 30 days is also over but still phone is not repaired its total around 3 month to go in service centre, but till date there is is no clear information about my phone .
