[Resolved] Micromax — HANDSET NOT RETURNED EVEN AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS | |||
I deposited my MICROMAX CANVAS Model A116 to the service centre (being under warranty), after facing problems in the set on 09.10.2014. Job Sheet No. N[protected]. But till date i.e. on 24.11.2014 (already 1 month 15 days passed) but the said handset has not yet been returned by service centre. On query, it has been replied by the service centre that they dispatched the set to other centre and not yet received by them. Please do needful, so that the said mobile can early be rectified and returned to me. Myself facing huge problem to maintain my day to day work.
