Dear Concern
i have a handset micromax a74 i was purchase this phone jan 9 2014. last sunday i have face the problem in my phone my lock button is not working so reach micromax care in radhey puri opp karkarduma court executive said your pin is dead this your physical damage this is chargeble she ask me for 750 Rs which kind of service provide by micromax no physical damage in my phone i am unhappy i will take harsh action
