Micromax — Handset service under warranty

Hi Team, I had send phone for service on the 31 Aug 2015 as had issue with the Power button & Volume key Repair was within warranty got the phone within a weeks time. Phone had intermittent issue with same buttons. I had visited the service center on the 25 Nov 2015 was advise to send the handset again for service however was not happy on the 13 DEC 2015 my warranty will expire. I send my phone for service second time to be replace by manufacture in Delhi time frame was given as 1 month. I had called on the 14 Dec was advise to wait 10 days more. I called today no ETA is given as device is still not return to service center Waiting for a device more than 1 month for device that also within warranty.
