Micromax — Handset submit to Micromax care center but no solution received | |||
I have bought a micromax mobile (Canvas Knight A350 - Black Gold) in Oct'14 with IMEI No. [protected]. In June'15, one problem observed in this handset i.e. - Not switch On. Then I submit it to micromax customer support center at M/S Shiv Communication Ballabgarh (Faridabad). They repaired the handset & returned around 15th July'15. That handset worked for 2 days but again new problem started i.e. - Display started fluctuating & became white, touch screen not working & speaker was also not working properly. Then again i submitted to same micromax care center on 25th of July'15 (Could not submit it immediately because i was out of station). But since then i am regularly follwing with customer care but no solution received. Was this information helpful? | |||
