Micromax — I had given my micromax canvas tab for repair on 12/10/15,still the repair is pending and i have not received any update from service center

I had submitted my micromax canvas tab to Bhagwati mobile centre(service center) for repair as the back cover was broken on 12/10/15 and i was assured that it will be reapired and returned in max 45 days, it more than 03 months and there is no update on the reapir everytime i visit service center I am told thaat it still pending from company.
