Micromax Informatics — A300 Submitted to service centre but has not been returned since last 6 months

Dear Sir, I had submitted my Micromax a300 micromax handset in the month of November; at the time the mobile was under warranty period. I was told that I would get it fixed within 60 days and till now I have not hear from them. I had raised an incident on their website, despite that I haven''t got any response. My reference number there is 239856
