[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — About my new phone micromax A350 problem | |||||
Frustating service Hi, I am charandeep singh and i have purchased micromax a350 phone. From day 1am suffering from this phone at first time my phone heat up frequently for this i submitted my mobile on service centre, (Just after 15 days of purchasing). Micromax service centre committed me to return my phone with in 20 days max but i received my phone after 2 months (60 days) and with having same problems they returned my handset and when they returned my handset i found its backside broken. With same problem i continued to using for 3 months, but after that my phone completely stopped working as it autamatically gets switched off and never start while i kept switching on my phone. After that i submitted my phone again to service center on 30 sept, 2015 but till now i have not got my handset back. I am attaching copy of service sheet with this complaint. Please give back my phone in well working condition or replace my set by giving me new handset. Was this information helpful? | |||||
