[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — About phone (Micromax canvas turbo mini a200) | |||
Respected sir/madam In recent time, i purchased a micromax phone which is fully dead after two months and other product such as headset are also not working good . the reason i don"t know .They are still in warranty period. for this i visit to nearest customer service in uttam nagar but i did't satisfy with their service . first of all for solving my mobile problem they take around 3 months very long process . when i ask about my headset problem they say from both of them one product problem is solved but i don't know after very long process my warranty period will be expired. what can i say about this policy !not satisfactory ...i advice to all my friend never take micromax phone ...
