Micromax Informatics — Bad customer service centre and faulty mobile phone | |||
I am writing this to show my dissatisfaction towards the customer care centre and the company micromax as i have faced lots of trouble due to the poor service. I am a loyal customer of micromax having 4 mobile sets including mine in the family. However, the way i have been treated with the representative in the customer care center is outrageous. One of my phone was was not working properly as it was getting hang again and again. I went to a center in ghaziabad to get this resolved as my phone is in warranty. It was a shock to hear that the representative said if you want this to be resolved you need to pay rs. 2000 and it will be done in an hour or else it will take a month and there is not guarantee for it to be fixed. In short he was asking money for something which is suppose to be fixed for free. This is fraud and cheating. I have already lost faith in the company and their centers and i will never ever recommended or suggest any one to purchase any product from this company if my issue is not been resolved.
