[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Battery delay | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked one battery of MODEL A110 ( canvas 2) against job sheet N[protected] Dated 01.01.2016. But till date I have not recd the battery . I have visited the service center number of time regarding delivery of battery .But not till date neither battery is recd nor money is refunded. When I discussed for refund they refused to refund my money by saying this that Micromax is a Indian company and will take more time as compare to other MNC companies. I let you know I am Micromax user form last 6 years and using A110 for last 3.6 year and don't have even a single complaint till date .But response of the service center and your service department ruined all image of Micromax form my mind . there is near about 50 people who purchased Micormax on my advice . If my complainant is not resolved on priority then I am afraid that Micromax not only loose their one of the valuable customer. But add one more good customer in the list of their competitor . Mar 11, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved complaint still not resolved .recd a call from micromax three days back they told to update by that evening to update on this complaint but call not recd . Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
