Micromax Informatics — Bolt 321 | |||
Dear M-Team, This is a Complaint note for you to follow up asap. I bought for my mother the model Bolt 321 via Snapdeal in Sep 28th 2015. Since then till date She has had visited the Kolkata Service centre more than 5 times. And everytime they find remedy by resetting the phone. This had made her immensely harassed and she has to download all the apps all over again . I have used phones with 512 ram before but never had such issues. Recently, I had installed Google Photos and switched all medias into it to save more internal space. Again, she had to delete the only single game downloaded via playstore as the phone signalled about deleting due to massive storage issue. Thenafter, it doesn't allow her to download anything from the play store . I am very much upset by the perforemance of the model and the the Customer Service follow up. She has faced enough harrassement recently due to this phone issue and so need to come to a conclusion now. As still 6 months warranty is pending, I want the Set to be Replaced with a new one, Full Refund or Upgrade a Set with a 1 gb RAM. The software did not allow me to attached the necessary documents.
