I have bought a new canvas 6 mobile on 31/05/2016 as I thought it was a very gud mobile but u made me wrong. Within 20 days I got problem in this phone. I visited to ur service centre at sec 34 chandigarh. They said there is problem of ringer and mic. I said I want replacment I don't want to get repaired.I don't know what kind of mobile production do u have ? Customer can get so many issues in a brand new mobile. They gave me a job sheet. N[protected]. I hav given money for brand new phone. Then why should I use repaired mobile only in 20 days. What kind of services u r giving to ur consumers. who can have faith on ur company with this kind of services. I have bought ur first mobile canvas 6. And this is the wierd experience I have got from ur side. Tell me how can I get resolution for this. Or should I go to cosumer forum
