Micromax Informatics — Canvas express 2 phone In warranty no service no replacement received | |||
I have purchased micromax canvas express2 and with couple of monts the screen went off, i gave it for repair under warranty at your ghatkopar micromax service center but i didnt receive the phone for 2 months, had lot of calls with call center/ customer care but all the 2 months time spent calling the call center/customer care didnt helped in any way, the staff you have is useless, then after 2 months i received a sms to collect the phone, when i went to collect the phone the phone was brutally handeled with all glue marks around the screen, there was no charge in the phone so i asked the technicians about the same he said he will charge it, so i demanded to charge it in front of me, but he refused saying that he will not charge in front of me and if i insist to charge in front of me then he will not charge it saying "do whatever you want to do", so i have to move aside and i have to keep waiting for 1 hr, after 1 hr the phone was handed over to me its charged now, i checked the charge there was some charge in it, i have to leave the service center without any satisfaction of the service provided by Micromax and a feeling of getting cheated for my hard earned money, after reaching home i again put the phone on charging and my doubt was right, the phone is not charging, the phone is still in warranty and i have no patience to deal with your un ethical and unprofessional company any more, my next step will be to file a case against micromax at consumer forum and at all level possible if i dont get the replacement or my invested amount back within 7 days.
