I purchaged micromax mobile modal no – A 106 unite 2 on 22 may 2015 . after 11 month it not work properly so I submitted my mobile to service center in 21 may . But when I went to service center to take my mob then I found my mob is broken . I went service center many time but they give a next date . Phone ring is not ringing while the screen is off It has been a week since this problem has started . please fix it as fast as possible.

We are complained two times earlier. When screen is off, there is no ringing tone when anyone call me. Please solve our complain on first priority. please solve our complain, otherwise we had to go to consumer court and I will also put this issue on social media like Facebook and Twitter.
