Micromax Informatics — Complaining about service | |||
Hello, I have model of micromax Q392 which is under warrenty and it has some problem like poor audio quality, motion sensor, simultaneously automatic swiched off etc. So I had submitted my phone to Tech Telecom (micromax care) at pune on the date of 15th June 2016. They told me you will get your phone in 2 days but still they didnt repair my cell. So kindly look in to such cheap service you providing to your customer. This is all so ridiculous and worst thing that your company showing there is no need of customer after sale of your product. And as customer my feedback about micromax is negative. I have model of Micromax Q392 which is under warranty and it has some problem like touch issue. So I had submitted my phone to M/S Galore Services (micromax care) at Noida-201301 on the date of 20th June 2016. They told me you will get your phone in 7-10 days but still they didn't repair my cell.however they told me Company didn't able to provide the Touch & display spare part. WHY COMPANY IS LAUNCHING OTHER HANDSET IF THEY DIDN'T ABLE TO PROVIDE SPARE PART TO SERVICE CENTER.
10 days over resolution is null and valid now they are opted me you can wait for 15 more days we will sending your device at mircomax office. IS IT MY FAULT I AM USER OF MICROMAX?
So kindly look in to such cheap service you providing to your customer. This is all so ridiculous and worst thing that your company showing there is no need of customer after sale of your product. And as customer my feedback about micromax is negative.
