Micromax Informatics — complaining about the mobile care (authorised service partner) laxmi nagar | |||
Hello. Manoj here frm ghaziabad. I purchased a hand set yureka 5510 a from pakshi gift collection brij vihar on 14th january 2017.. start facing some problem in it frm july 1st week. i went to laxmi nagar (The mobile care) authorised service center of micromax or yureka. I submitted my mobile there on 17th july. They told me that my mobile will be repaired within 7 days. So collect it after 7 days frm there. Once i called them after 7 days. They told me it is repaired n dispatched frm upper center (Gurgaon) so it will be there after 2 days. N they asked me to share my service experience. I told them i was busy that time so she asked for the last six digit of the link i got frm micromax. N they also asked for otp. after that i have 2 collect after 2 or 3 days. Again i call them after 3 days. On monday 31st july. I asked them about my phone is repaired or not. They said that we already told u to call on wednesday. I again call them on wednesday on 2nd august. But still i got same reply. Once i want to track my phone online it shows that no record found. My job sheet number is n[protected]. So i request you to please let me know how do i complaint about them. N i have all the recordings of the mobile care. Thanks n regards. waiting for ur reply.
