Micromax Informatics — Complaint against micromax, india for not servicing or replacing the defective mobile | |||
I had purchased micromax canvas nitro 2 a311 on 4 july 2015. After 11 months o[censored]se it started giving me problems regarding software. On showing the mobile to the service centre on 8 june 2016 they told me that it was a hardware issue and it needed to be given to company's main service centre for repairing. I was informed that it would take 21 days. But more than a months time has passed and i haven't received any call. When i tried calling the customer care centre they told me it would require more 21 days. every time when i called the customer care they would say it would require more 21 days without specifying anything properly. Sir, i request you to look into the matter and protect my consumer rights. please help!!! i went to GTB nagar new delhi service center, their employees behavior was very rust . he said to me u would pay 4200 for the service then i not satisfied and return .while this wi fi blinking stop a normal shop in free of cost .
they where forgery with me
