Micromax Informatics — Complaints about tablet p680 gable and customer care service people | |||||
Respected sir/mam, I am facing problem while operating my tablet. It does not respond when it's get switch off. I have to wait for exhaustion then it respond with charger. For cutomer care service people - I complaint 4-5time but they are not responding accordingly. They called me up and take information and said we will call in another 24hour bt didn't. Once I asked abt call then they said 24hr call means our working hr of 24 . now I am waiting for call since 3 days bt no response. Please let me clear whether you people will solve my problem or not so I can purchase another tablet from another company. I'll never recommend micromax for anyone.
