[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Delay and hassels in new mobile replacement | |||||
Myself, Amit Jagtap, purchased a Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G+. It was found that the phone is having a mic defect while calling. At initial complaint in first week after purchase, the service center tried to do temporary repair. The repair was not fruitful and service center replaced the phone with another phone. Moreover, the new phone was having serious issues and it corrupted two memory cards used in it. When the third complaint was made, the company took the handset back leaving me in a huge waiting period. Now I have invested all my savings in phone and I don't have any standby set to start with. As a taxi driver in small city Amravati, my complete bread-butter is on the mobile calls itself. This leaves me in a very frustrating situation. Please, ask the company to solve this issue in 3 days or refund the money so that I can start my business with other mobile set as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
