Micromax Informatics — Delay in delivery of mobile phone from service centre

I purchased micromax canvas hue 2 A316 in April. Within two weeks it developed some complications and I gave it to aditi Infocom, PATEL nagar(micromax service centre). Earlier they told that I will get back my mobile within 7 days. Bt now it has been 33 days and I am yet to receive my mobile from micromax service centre.please resolve the issue as quickly as possible as I have not been able to use my mobile.
