[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Delay in repairing tablet in warranty period | |||
Purchased micromax P480 tablet. After few months it stopped working. Did not start even after full battery. As the device was under warranty period, we took it to authorised service centre. They did not address the issue and returned it back saying its working fine. Post that after multiple followups the service centre folks sent it to Delhi for repairing. Its been almost three months, but still we did not receive it. The service centre people are not cordial and we are very disappointed after buying Micromax Product. Everytime we call the service centre folks they divert us to Delhi number and they always say it will take "15 MORE DAYS" for the device to be ready. Why cant they just replace the faulty Product?
