Micromax Informatics — Delay in replacement of micromax knight e471 | |||
I had purchased Micromax Knight E471 on 28 July 2015 . After 5 month, I got issue like phone get switched off and didn't work . So I launched complaint in Jan 2015 and got replaced my phone after 4 weeks . But the new phone also had issues like battery and network issues. I launched complaint again and customer care asked me to submit phone on service center, so they will sent phone to company . I have submitted my phone again on 13 Feb 2015 with jobsheet No.W[protected] . I didn't get phone yet, Its been approx 2 month from Jan, I am frustrated of this . I spoke to service center guy, he was saying that they got repaired phone but still have battery issue . Why don't you sent phone after proper testing ? I can’t trust on this phone any more, frustrated in last 2 month by following up customer care and service center .
I got mentally harassed due to this .
Please return my money as soon as possible .
