Canvas Knight A350, white and gold given to Jabil global pvt limited vatika city point gurgaon) with complaint of charging point. No repair, replaced the phone with same model A350 but black and silver - new phone not charging with its charger. This is frustrating and leading to waste of time and continuing to mental harassment since 4 months.

Micromax Mobile Model A-350 (white and Gold) was given for servicing (change of charging point)on November 02, 2015. Problem reported: 5301 CHARGING/BATTERY NOT CHARGING" Estimated time of return being conveyed as "within 15 days". After 4+ months they replace my phone but Iam still facing issues even with the replaced phone

Have contacted the Micromax customer care ([protected]) multiple times but to no avail. They promise call back but I have till date not received any callbacks despite several requests.
I am not getting the service inspite of making payment. Besides, its waste of time and energy making calls, taking status updates and writing complaints as directed by Micromax.

It has resulted in utter frustration and mental harrassment.
