Micromax Informatics — display not working

Hello i have purchased a led tv on october 4th 2016 and i have a 1+2 years extended warranty its a 32 inch led tv, since 2 days i don't see any display on the screen but can hear the sound please help. I have register d a complaint but have not received any reply from the service center all i get is a call from the no warranty department and they ask me to pay for technician visit.
