I am gokul residing at porur. I express my dissatisfaction of the poor customer service received, to solve the touch screen problem for the micromax mobile a104 as we have got no response for 4 months, with the amount paid to them. The mobile is in the name of dhilip kumar. I would like to make my mobile good or kindly return the mobile along with amount paid. I request you to take this matter into concern and take action to my satisfaction.
