Micromax Informatics — Don't get mobile from servicecenter after 2 months

I gave mu mobile micromax a118r (black) to the service center before two nmonths on 15 march 2016 but till now i don't get it back and i call many many times to the service center

but don;t get any response always they tame more 5-6 days and the main officer also don't pick the phone
this company is not good to provide servivce
i advise that before buy product from micro max think first
