[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Extended warranty on replaced handset | |||||
Dear micromax team, It's been two weeks that i have requested for extended warranty of the handset but till now i have not received any confirmation. Such a poor customer service experience i have received and nobody has called me from senior department. Therefore i would like to take this matter to higher level. Kindly escalate to next level and i'm ready to take further action on the same.
