[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Faulty e481- replace or refund the amount. | |||
I laxmikant mallikarjun dhotre, 71, gayatri nagar, vasant vihar phase - ii, solapur 413001 had purchased new micromax e 481 mobile in april 2016. Form the day one there was a problem in switching on & off, & also the mobile was unable to connect other mobile. Also no other call was accepted from my mobile. I complained to sevice provider but they informed me that there no problem in service it is problem in your handset. Than i complained to mobile care at solapur city. After scrutiny i was informed that there is fault in the handset & has to be sent to the company to replace & it will take 30 days. Accordingly i had submitted my handset to we care, solapur city on dt.17/05/2016. I am really facing great problem without hand set. It is taking to much time. So i am unable to wait so many days.
