Micromax Informatics — Fed up of your service centres response from bangalore | |||
Hi, I bought a micromax led tv from snapdeal online shopping and the tv was working fine for 11 months, after 11 months lines started to appear on the screen, luckily tv is under warranty. hence, i called up the micromax customer care and explained them the problem and they promised to replace the tv once the inspection is completed and approved from their end, the service center people got the approval to replace the new tv but this service center guy says they will replace only the faulty part however one of the manger from micromax said tv will be replaced. and moreover the service center guy says we have to get the tv to their service center since they don't have a vehicle and i have to bare the transportation charges of 1500 rs. since the service center guy knows that i am a women he's taking advantage of the situation and trying to cheat me by saying only the faulty part in the tv will be replaced and i have to bare the transportation charges. I called micromax csr people and explained the service center guy is a fraud and trying to cheat me, they told since the tv is under warranty. i'll get a new tv and from my end i don't have to pay even 1 rupee.
