[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — For exchange device

I was purchased a device Micromax A096 dated on 14 aug 2015, letest os 5.0 lollipop version Wetch IMEI No. [protected] a & [protected] at cast of Rs. 6500/-, (documents are attached below) it was corrupted dated on 15 Oct 2015. Then i gived for maintenance they called me again within 30 days, (complain no. NO[protected] ofter 46 days on 01 dec micare was provided me another device these is very old and attrited with old os 4.4.2 kit Kat version, in witch device some features are not proper working or supporting, within last 4 days I have faced many times of hanging problems, so kindly exchange these device.
It is a humble request sir.

Reference to your ticket id- 182886 We can understand you have visited our service centre to get your device repair but unfortunately the issue was not resolved. We apologies for the same and request you to resubmit your device and share the scan copy of job sheet for further assistance. And also like to inform you that replacement is only available within 7 days from the date of purchase after the service centre finds any manufacturing defect.
