I am updating again as I want to share my experience with the company after initial complaint registered on 24/01/2021
I received a call 25/01/2021 by ZSM, who was telling he couldn't receive the call as he was driving...no comments as for my morning calls he has not answered. He told he will update by evening. But I could get the update that the spare part is dispatched only after I called him after a long wait on same day.
Again I waited for 3 days on 28th I have to call mangalore guy(mr.prashanth) to know what is the update. He tells it is received and it will be sent with local service guy only on Saturday (30/01/2021). So to travel 40+ kmts.it takes 2 days.
On Saturday morning I called local service guy, thinking because of senior citizens status he come first to my parents house. But he came only at 4 PM after finishing all the works on his way.
Everything is connected just to know some light is not working.
Again one more whole round of calls to replace the light.They told they will try one from mangalore. It came to home on 2nd of February, 2021. Again the spare part (mother board) has a problem, so they need to replace. This time the replacement reached on 4th.Just note within the matter of one day gap. Yesterday we got our TV working.
Dear, micromax please tell me in the beginning you took whole 3 wks..to replace mother board, how did you manage to get one within the matter of one day gap at the end? Why didn't you do this in the beginning.
My urge to all of you is the, do not buy micromax products.I am just waiting to dispose the product.
They are not bothered post purchase service even for senior citizens.
