Micromax Informatics — Getting worst service from your service center at kanpur (karachi khana) | |||
I purchased my micromax mobile on sept'15 from flipkart. Model was xpress 2. I got it for rs.5999. It's mic defected with a year and hence i submitted it at service center on 9th july 2016. They kept it for two weeks and called me on 22nd july to receive my phone. When i received it, service engineer handed my phone with confidence that issue has resolved and tested, but when i checked it phone still has same problem for which i had submitted it. I resubmitted it back to him and they kept me waiting for an hour, saying that we'll do it immediately and after an hour, they said issue is fixed, but again on my test it didn't go through and it had same problem. They they resubmitted it and asked me to some after a week. My concern is, the team is not working at all, they just do some r&d stuff and never repair a phone which is under warranty because they do not get anything for it's repair. They just waste consumer's time and money. I'm expecting that micromax should provide me a new phone in reverse because they are unable to give proper service Was this information helpful? | |||
