Micromax Informatics — I'm complaining for doodle 3 as it has not received software update

Micromax has released kitkat update for doodle 3 but my phone has not yet received the package for same. Whenever i click on software update it shows your software is up to date hence i would request you to send the ltest software update for my phone doodle 3 (A102) as soon as possible. This would help me to experience a better service being a micromax customer.
