Micromax Informatics — Imei number showing null | |||||
I have purchased micro max canavas knight 2 mobile in pay tm last september i think the validity also there for this mobile is one year, problem is that the software is damaged automatically imei number showing null, actually i just went for repairing the phone to mircomax service center they asking me to pay 1000 rupees still i have one warranty also they asking me to pay, other wise they will not repair the phone so please provide me option like what i need to do, I purchased with 18000 still warranty period is there then also why i should pay money to them, its not an physical or user mistake its about software so please help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
