Micromax Informatics — Improper service | |||
I have submitted my micromax canvas spark 3 q385 smartphone in ahmedabad service centre and was told to get my problem solved within 10 days. I have submitted my mobile phone since 19/4/2016 but till date i have not got any proper response from their side and everytime they are just telling me to wait for a week. I have tried to solve my problem upto my best efforts but still they are not giving me any proper reply and each and every time they just tell me to wait for a week or for 2 to 3 days and now its been about 2 months but still i am waiting to get my problem solved. I have evn made lots of calls and emails to their head service centre (Delhi) but they also give me the same response i. E. To wait for a week. So i warmly request you to help me.
