Dear Micromax,
It is very disappointing to see irresponsible behavior from your customer service. I have bought a LED TV Model 32IPS900HD from one of your well know retailers, but it failed to work in couple of weeks. When reached out to your customer service, we have not received proper response and pathetically problem was fixed twice, but both the times faulty set was delivered and still set is not working.
I have bought it for commercial purpose and because of this my business is going or a toss. This is insane from a reputed organization like Micromax and hope to get the set fixed with quality permanently. I can be contacted on +91-[protected].
