I am Sudheer from Hyderabad City, I Gave my micromax cell phone model no is A250 for repairing on the dated 16/12/2015 in your care center M/s Veerabadra Agencies, Shop No:15-21-42/J/S-4, Sai Vikram Towers, First Floor, Kukatpally Main Road, Behind: Bus Stop, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500072, Mobile No. : [protected] Phone No. :[protected], your job sheet no. is N[protected]-20846590 dated:[protected] and my phone IMEI no is [protected] and it is in warranty, but your service so poor and careless. I am very suffering from your poor service. I am also speak with your care center person and your call center persons and complained so may times, but they are also not solve my problem, they are also make every time 15 days time for this work but, it is a long period, it is customer harassment only .So, I am requested to you please repair this phone and send to your office as soon as and confirmed to me.

After that i will go to consumer court if you are not solve this problem with 10 days, and your jobsheet photo copy file is below:-
