Hi, i had a word with ms. Priyanka regarding my micromax canvas 5 issue of micromax support service at the head office. She contacted the the mobile care, micromax service center in nirman vihar. The customer executive at mobile care ms kanishka sharma assured me that my mobile will be delivered to me on friday[protected]. However, i have not received any call from them to collect my mobile phone yet.
My mobile was submitted on 10-june-2016, and in the period of last 50 days 3 job sheets have been made already. I have already visited the service center thrice, have written 2 mails earlier but my problem has not been resolved.
Finally i am of the opinion that i no longer want the phone. Would request you to kindly refund the amount since it is of no use to deposit a phone for mere issues for more than 50 days and if the quality of service is so downgraded during the warranty period then what will happen after the expiry of warranty period.
