I have lodged my complaint on 15/04/2016 to get the battery in warranty period. my jobsheet number is S[protected]. till now 72 days have been completed, but i didn't get the battery. so please send me the battery as soon as possible. i have been suffering for the past 72 days without using the mobile phone. at the time of giving the complaint, it is informed me that, i will get the battery within 15 days.but now 72 days have been completed.Which kind of service you are providing to the customer?. I am not able to understand about your service. Please send me the battery as soon as possible.
